I’m nearing the finish line on the first major issue of Kitt Frost, and it’s a big one – around 50 pages of story, worldbuilding, and character introductions. In truth, it’s more like three issues in one, but I felt it was important to start strong and give readers a full understanding of the worlds, characters, and mechanics that make this series what it is.
You’ll meet Frogs, Aardvarks, Rabbits, Lizards, Elephants, Cats, and a whole host of other creatures. Expect spaceships, space stations, summits, munitions plants, moons, mech suits, and even more packed into these pages. It’s a dense, living universe – full of color, motion, and conflict – and I can’t wait for you to explore it.
People often ask how I manage to move so quickly on a project like this while still juggling a full-time job, weekend softball tournaments with my daughter, and all the rest of life. The truth? I just keep at it. Instead of watching TV or scrolling through social media, I chip away at panels, script, and designs. Little by little, it all adds up; and fast.
Right now, I’m in the home stretch: polishing dialogue, tightening scenes, refining the art, and pulling it all together. If all goes well, this first issue will be ready within the next 30 days.
On the side, I’ve also been testing out shirt styles and quality – these might become giveaways or bonus items down the line.
And yes, I’ve already started refining ideas for Issue Two. That one will be a more traditional 16–21 page issue, and I’m excited to dive deeper into the story now that the world has been set.
In the meantime, I’ll leave you with a few of my favorite panels from the issue. Thanks for following along – I can’t wait to share more with you soon.

I just find this one fun.. his motion, facial expression.

It was tough to get this perspective right – at the end it worked out perfect

I just really like the seating posture. He looks, well, just real to me.

This was interesting to draw – I don’t usually do these very well, but I like this one a lot.
